Great Clips

First time I went was amazing, every single time since has been emotionally draining. I cannot honestly say I've walked out feeling better about myself or liking what I just paid for. The first time was amazing and even though there are notes on my account every visit after has been drastically different. The neck is always uneven and the ears are always too high, the length on the sides vs the top are always different. I've shown them photos of the first time and asked for it to be exactly that way, and it's never once been near near that. I timed my visit and I was in the chair for slightly under six minutes. I keep going back simply because I have no idea where else to go, but I'm going to start looking today. It really sucks coming home and feeling like you look worse and feeling like you immediately need a hat. It really sucks to pay to feel like you're making yourself look worse, I've gotta find somewhere else. Service: Haircut

I haven't had a haircut in over 2 years. Brittany was very personable and made me feel at ease. She gave me a great cut. She was knowledgeable and professional. Service: Haircut

First time and last time, unfortunately. I was the only one in the lobby, my greeting was "There is so much going on (directed toward other employees), did you check in online? (toward myself)" by Lacey. I wasn't introduced to who would be cutting my hair. I didn't received any product during cut or offered any products to purchase, which I needed. I didn't get to check the back of hair with a mirror, as I had about 4 or 5 inches taken off. There was a lot of awkward personal back and forth between the employees, topped with rude and uncomfortable conversations between Lacey and incoming customers. It was so uneasy, I didn't feel comfortable offering my coupon, on top of my $10 tip or asking about a product to purchase I needed. Horrible, really.
