Grand Palais Nails and Pedicure

This a great salon, nice employees and very attentive to their work. I always leave pleased. I’m only giving a 4/5 stars because although this place is great - you have to make an appointment each time, and when you do - you still have to wait another 15-30 mins before getting sat down. Sort of defeats the purpose of making an appointment.

Grand Palais always has excellent service. They go above and beyond to ensure their customers are happy, whether they be appointments or walk ins. Eddie is my go to. He is personable, professional, and talented. Madison, who assists at the front, is great as well. Professional and approachable. The salon is always clean and well kept. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my nails!

A bit bummed with results. There was a miscommunication about my friend’s and my appointments, but they were super accomodating and kind. Sad because my nails have already started cracking after less than 4 hours, poorly buffed and one of my colors did not look good applied (not noticeable in the salon light). Bummer because of the kindness and affordability !
