10/10. This was my first time in 5 years and 5 years ago was my first time. Kayla was so patient and kind and made the whole experience comfortable. Would definitely recommend to first timers who may be nervous. It was quick and results were amazing. I have been going to kayla for about a year now. Her work is phenomenal but her customer service is automatically top tier. She’s so kind and applies pressure when she’s done pulling the strip. She doesn’t leave any residue along your fine lines. Every visit is worth every penny. I love my esthetician!! I always feel so refresh and new when I leave her spot. Ps.
