If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have had the most unfortunate past few days because I have had to listened to a close friend complain about how HORRIBLE her experience was. She did not get what she asked for. Her hair was cut too short and it was dyed the wrong color. She gave the stylist a reference picture & was told more than once that it could be done. She informed me that the stylist was unsure about how to dye dark color hair. Her overall experience was bad & left her in tears. Do NOT come here. They clearly can not do simplistic styles or do what they promised
