Sammy did an EXCELLENT job and was super knowledgeable and helpful. She did a great job of looking not just at my hair, but my face shape, and skin tone and my daily habits and past concerns. She took all that information and made thoughtful and throrough recommendations. The result was beautiful. I came here pre-covid and saw Brenda and another woman who has since left due to illness but was an excellent colorist. Brenda may not even work here anymore but I assume these ladies are indicative to the level of skill you’ll find with all the stylists at Progressions. I walked away with the cut I asked for and it was even more flattering than the photos I brought. Received many compliments. Came back for balayage and once again they did a wonderful job. You get what you pay for so be prepared for sticker shock if you’re getting full highlights on back length hair. I’m pretty tight with my beauty budget but I’m looking forward to coming here again and more often. (I want to add that I don’t give stars based on whether my stylist makes conversation. 3 hours of small talk is draining and inessential imo. Just make me look good please.)
