Great customer service but, the new nail techs need more practice/experience or they need to shadow a more seasoned nail tech. It took a couple of hours for a fill in and then the young lady only put acrylic on the base of my nail instead of spreading all over the nail, so my real nails are breaking…. Gotta get them re fixed again!!!! But, still a nice place, the new nail techs that just finished school need more practice…… Service: Acrylic nails

I booked a fill-in with French tip color change with Jada, and SHES THE BEST!!! Very nice and easy to get along with. I am definitely coming back.

Nails were pretty but it’s been 1 weeks and two fingers have broke off from the middle and two popped off completely. Bad quality. edit: Went today to see if I could receive a refund or a redo, I was told I had to pay full price because the window of redos is 24 hours. They also blamed it on wear & tear… if that was the case my whole nail would be off not breaking on in the middle on multiple fingers and my index fingers started lifting within hours.
