If you want your natural hair toasted and ruined with heat damage then you’re looking for the right place. My hair was left dry , brittle with areas of pure straightened hair as if it was relaxed. I had a wonderful experience today at this salon. First, I want to say they are actually open on Sunday and no appointment is needed. I called first to make sure and they answered the phone right away. When arrived there were a little busy, but I did not have to wait long. I had recently taken out my braids, so my hair was as is, but she made sure it was clean. That was the most amazing shampoo. They then started the process of the condition, roller set, and blow dry. The lady did ask me what I wanted prior to, and I told her just a straight blow dry, but then decided to get a cut. I have been wanting to get a cut, but some times I am afraid to ask because you never know if someone is going to mess it up. When I told her what I wanted, she had another stylist do the cut and she did a great job.
