Darlene is phenomenal! She does an amazing job not just cutting and styling my hair (I have a pixie cut) but also collaborating to figure out exactly what I want for my look. She's also really kind and a great listener. I've always been very picky about who I let do my hair, and I trust Darlene completely to give me a style that I love. Services: Haircut, Hair coloring

I understand not being able to do a cut, but you discuss that before being half way done. She was right, I ended up not having as much to work with as I thought. But she waited until after we'd started?? I wouldve paid the deposit regardless and walked away with my hair. Instead, I spent two days sobbing nonstop. Im still crying days later tbh. A nice lady elsewhere was at least able to even out the random pieces and fix the botched job. Helped me texturize it. Paparazzi in Clemmons is kind and fantastic. I had already trimmed a random piece an inch longer than the rest in the middle of my forehead also. My self confidence is shattered. Even bandanas look silly with it. I hate the way i look now. It'll be months before it has any good amount of growth to do anything with. Im so anxious that the nausea wont go away. This was my first time at Bliss & Co. and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The front desk was friendly and offered me a complimentary drink upon arrival. Diana was amazing to work with and I feel she spent just the right amount of time on my hair all while being very detailed. She even provided suggestions which I appreciated and was certainly knowledgeable. I will be returning for my next visit!
