It’s hard to give stars for service if you haven’t had service. When I called a few days ago to make an appointment, the phone wasn’t answered and I left a request for an appointment online. I still haven’t heard back from them. Today I went down there to schedule an appointment and was standing in the lobby for several minutes with no acknowledgment, even from the young lady who stared right at me and kept going, so I went to my car and called. Once again I left my information and once again, no reply from them. They made me feel as if my business was unwanted and I was nothing more than an inconvenience to them. I doubt I’ll be back. If you’re considering going there for any of their services, don’t waste your time.

Everyone knows how scary it can be trying a new stylist. I will say that Lucy did an amazing job with my color, cut and style. She listened to everything I was asking even though I vascillated about color and style. Enjoyed the experience thoroughly! Services: Haircut, Hairstyling, Hair coloring

I have been going to Taylor at Les Travaux for the past several years now. She is perfect whether I need my normal cut or when I am feeling spontaneous and need a change. I also loved using her for my wedding up-do and make-up. She really makes sure that she understands what you are looking for in a style and does a dang good job!
