Lourde's Dominican Salon

I went on the website booked an appointment where I was quoted $45 dollar for a wash trim blowout. First thing the wash girl was excellent. After that it went down hill. Set under the dryer and hen blow dried then flat ironed and the curling iron. Basically my hair was fried. Fried. Fried. I had to cut almost all my hair off and just let it grow out. Oh and the $45 quote I was given turned into $75 dollar. How????? Never again. I wonder if the owner know what’s going on in her NC salon. Services: Haircut, Hairstyling

They completely damaged my hair. As others said Im not sure what is in the conditioner or shampoo but after I went there my hair was falling out in clumps and my original pattern is gone. I’ve had several blowouts in various places. This has been the worst. Service: Hairstyling

I visited this salon for the 1st time yesterday 4/27/22. When I entered I was greeted by Lourdes. After I explained what I was in need of, retouch the roots, cut, blow-dry, she told her coworker to put a #7N on my hair. To put a 7N on my hair?? I had no idea what that meant, but I can tell she was confident in her decision. As I was letting the color set I saw as both Louders and the other lady work on 2 other black women. I say that to emphasize the fact that they had coarse, thick, very tight curly hair. By the time both these women came off the chair their hair was straight, manageable, shiny, and stylish. They looked amazing. After my color was rinsed Lourdes put me in some rollers and when it was all done all she had to do was use a fine tooth comb to straighten all my edges. The color was a PERFRCT match to the color I already had on the rest of my hair. They were both very quick, and efficient. My hair is natural curly and unruly/frizzy, after leaving the salon my hair has been
