Just stay away from this place, these reviews have got to be fake! I had the WORST salon experience of my adult life here…just grew my hair out and had beautiful blond highlights, I asked the stylist to color my roots to match my hair and cut off about an inch with long layers, she RUINED my hair! I AM NOW MEDIUM BROWN HAIRED WITH THIN HAIR when she was done! she was clearly trying to hide it bc she wouldn’t let me look in the mirror after she initially washed my hair, then she tried explaining herself after she blow dried it and I said I was brown, where’s my blond? She proceeded to wash my hair 2 more times with some strong smelling chemicals saying my original blond would come back and no, It came out even darker brown hair! All my color completely gone! So she left to go talk to a “manager” and no one came out to talk to me for 15 MINUTES while I was sitting in this chair mortified with frizzy brown hair…I had already been sitting in the chair for FOUR AND HALF HOURS! Very very and very professional, friendly and overall super kind! I loved how understanding and patient with the whole process of doing my hair!
