Reviews are so so important. They are what helped me find and choose Element Salon and specifically, Ashley. Finding a hair stylist that KNOWS what they’re doing and actually delivers is downright rare anymore. Being military, I have developed the worst anxiety when it comes to a hair cut and color. Moving often and relying on someone doing what they say they will has left my hair nearly ruined from AWFUL highlight experiences and complete chop jobs bc my hair is so thick. Ashley listened to every detailed concern I had. For the first time in YEARS, I am so happy with my cut and color that she herself professionally corrected. I have always been a nervous wreck when getting my hair cut. Typically over the years, it's been a basic "trim" that I've asked for, despite the fact that I've had 4+ inches of dead ends. I asked around and heard amazing things about this Salon. I made my appointment with Ashley, and she DEFINITELY exceeded my expectations. I showed her a few pictures of what I was hoping for, and she went to work. I left this Salon a new person. I am currently rocking a shorter and HEALTHIER hair style! I was so very happy with Ashely and my new hair, that I immediately set up a follow-up appointment to maintain my new gorgeous hair cut.
