The girl who washed my hair was absolutely horrible. One of the main reasons I go here is for the wonderful shampoo that is given. My hair had to be rewashed simply because she did not do a good job and even left deep conditioning in my hair! I asked for another stylist to set my hair because she acted like she didn't know what to do. I will not return unless they have a new shampooer Please bring back the young man named Jay! He was AWESOME

I would NOT recommend but if you just have to go here, MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! The walk-in service is horrible. When I pulled up at this salon there were a few cars in the parking lot. There are multiple storefronts in this complex, I wasn’t sure if those cars were there for the hair salon or the other businesses. I got out of my car and was the first person in line, waiting for this hair salon to open. I stood in line for 5 minutes before the lady finally got out of her car and unlocked the door. I walked in behind her to sign the sheet and she purposely pulls her translator out and states that the lady and the four other people who were sitting in their cars were in front of me. I understand those cars may have pulled up before I did but they did not get out of their car and get in line or even start a line for that matter. As a customer, how am I suppose to know all these cars (in front of multiple businesses) are all here for the hair salon? I am the only one who got out of my car to
