I have been going to Vent for about 3 years, and Melody is the best stylist I’ve ever had!! She really takes her time and makes sure my hair is perfect. I’ve gotten balayage, highlights, and brow wax, in addition to amazing haircuts. She’s given me regular, long layered haircuts, and also a really short pixie cut. All the staff are so welcoming. Highly recommend this salon!

I had a really bad experience with one of the master stylists (not going to write her name). She gave off a rude vibe and did the service as if she was in a rush. She wasn't very engaging while she was cutting my hair, even when I was trying to create a conversation. I asked for layers, and within 15 minutes, she was done and didn't give enough time for me to analyze the final product of my hair. I think she was expecting another client of hers which might have been the reason why she was rushing, but I came on time and was willing to enjoy that time. When I came home, the parting was uneven and the layers were not how I asked her to style them in the back. By no means am I trying to debase your business, I just want to share my experience.
