I have been going to this salon for about 3 years and they have never let me down! The staff is professional and talented. I always get reminders and follow ups for my appointments. The location is convenient and has ample parking.
My experience at Suede Salon in the past was very impressive. On my most recent visits, not so much. I was not pleased with the owner, Ashley's attitude. In telling her what I wanted done to my hair, she came across a little cocky towards me, in a bold way and acted as if she was confused by my request. As a client, I was very disappointed and believe Ashley should have been more accommodating.
We love Ashley!! All the staff is super sweet and my sisters and I absolutely loved our hair. Suede gained customers for life.
