Salon Lofts Southpoint at Renaissance Center

I made an appointment online . The website said they were open on Memorial Day, set up my appointment and sent me a confirmation. When I got to Southpoint Mall, I called the stylist to find out where they were located. She did not answer her phone. I tried the 919 number but got a message from a main switchboard. No help. The stylist finally called me back half an hour after my appointment time. First thing she told me was the salon is not in the mall but across busy, 4 lane Fayetteville Road and secondly, that they were closed today. I will never deal with them again.

I have had 2 hair stylists (the 1st one moved) and LOVE them both. My current stylist Cheri is warm, friendly, professional, affordable, and does a great job! Each stylist sets their own services, prices, etc, so you have to search a bit for one that is the right fit for you but worth it when you do!

I was tremendously impressed with the care that Sterling put into my curls. He gave great recommendations and I appreciated his professionalism in assessing my hair’s color history. He knew exactly what my hair needed and was a great conversationalist, too! I left his chair feeling like a new person- highly recommend this stylist.
