Taylor is awesome!! She's personable, flexible, and does an amazing job maintaining my ash blonde foils. She got me in early this week when I had a family emergency that was going to keep me from my scheduled appointment. She is so kind in the face of my hair anxiety! I was ready to abandon my hair color on my first visit. I've been to several salons since moving to the Charlotte area, and they had left me underwhelmed and overbudget. I expressed my frustration with the quality of the results/ price of add ons at other salons and my hair maintenance needs. Taylor reassured me. She gave me options to maintain my color and gave me a clear price points. If you are new to Concord and need a colorist, you've found her.

I made an appointment because I had a coupon and it was pretty close to my neighborhood. I had no preference of stylist since I’d never been and my appointment was with Alli. She called me to say that I could arrive early if I was free (or could maintain my appt). I showed her a picture and she asked a lot of questions to be sure we were on the same page. She gave me a cut and balayage. I love it and will definitely be back. She gave me exactly what I’d asked for and have gotten many compliments.
