I found Jasmin on IG two years ago when I was visiting Charlotte and before I started my new job. She provided me the education on how to grow and maintain my natural hair. Due to the pandemic and other reasons, I haven’t made it back into the salon until the last weekend. New location but same exceptional service. From explaining what she was doing to also explaining what my hair needed going forward, it is the best experience of my life. She shows you before and after pics of when she trims your hair. The time scheduled is the time it will take. My hair is long and thick and I was done in 2.5 hours. Can’t wait to drive 2.5 hours again more frequently Service: Hairstyling

Miss Jasmine shows the grace and patience of God when styling her clients! Not only do I go to her for my own personal styling needs. But, I also recently introduced a customer I serve with special needs to Salon XXIX's services. My customer is an older woman currently experiencing some thinning of her hair and patches where her hair won't grow to her liking. I was a little concerned of how my customer would do behaviorally in a salon atmosphere. I was so thankful that Jasmine was patient with us, calm, and offered a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. We essentially had the entire place to ourselves, where my customer could get comfortable and be herself without interrupting the experience for others. My experience in Salon XXIX Eleven was one like no other! From the professional consultation period on the status of my scalp to the scalp treatment to the gentle management of my overall hair—I was extremely satisfied with the overall outcome. Jasmin’s knowledge of trichology was evident in her delivery of educating me on the scalp and how the care of it contributes tremendously to hair growth.
