Just moved here, and Cassie-not-Kathy :) not only did a wonderful job shaping my hair back into something lovely after months of traveling, but also gave me some great food and brewery recs! Very friendly and professional staff. Looking forward to my next appt.

This salon is so professional! From the minute you walk in you are treated like an important client! All the stylists work together in a team approach and I was so impressed with the time Jennifer spent listening to me about my hair history and color concerns! The salon is also super chill and down to earth! I was impressed with the great vibes I felt from everyone there ! I love how Natalie gives a little tour when you first walk in and her customer service skills are amazing ! I for one really appreciate great communication especially when it comes to hair !! I first visited Poza last fall and what a pleasant surprise it was. Not only did every person in the salon speak to me and make me feel welcome, but the service I received was stellar. My hair has never looked better. Every visit since my first has included careful listening to determine what I needed to happen. They share responsibility for all clients and I would feel comfortable that any stylist could handle my needs. I am so glad I changed salons! Plus their COVID protocols have always made me feel safe.
