Forbici salon

Ally was rude and unprofessional. I scheduled with her through groupon and unfortunately I did forget about the appointment due to traveling for the holiday. I have never forgotten and no showed to an appointment before and apologized to for the error on my part. Her response was rude and she redeemed my groupon for a service she did not do. I understand it was my fault for forgetting the appointment but in my opinion her response was not the best way to deal with clients. Good thing there are plenty of great salons and understanding hair stylists in Charlotte because I will not be going to Ally for any service. DON’T GO HERE.

The salon is super cute. All of the staff I had contact with were polite and friendly. Ally makes you feel comfortable and does a fantastic job. I needed an updo but didn't have a clue how I wanted it to look. She had great ideas and didn't disappoint. I absolutely loved how it turned out and I got tons of compliments. I have been back for a second time and the experience was just as great. Thank you Ally!

I saw Ally for an haircut and all over color and wish I went elsewhere! She changed my appointment time and was still a half hour late. The color wasn’t what I was expecting because you could see the color difference where I had a balayage and the previous lighter color reacted differently and to top it off I left with a dye stain 2 inches down my forehead and all over my ears. I asked for face framing layers and it was cut basically one length. She wouldn’t let me pay with a credit card because she said she “didn’t know how to use the machine.” It frustrates me to pay $175 for a cut and color with that kind of experience. Especially since she told me in my previous haircut appointment not to buy a Groupon because she didn’t want to pay the fee they charge that she would honor that price and clearly she did not keep her word. From my experience and reading other reviews on here she doesn’t seem to care about repeat business and only cares about getting her one time only Groupon clients
