UPDATE : I called the salon today (9/21) since they did not reach out per the response below. Apparently the response was written by the social media manager and they did not pass along to the manager to respond. The person I spoke to apologized. She offered a different service (which I did not accept as I would not feel confident getting hair/nails or any other service done) but no refund. I was able to get a 2nd haircut at a different salon - HUGE shoutout to Salon 8. They made it more symmetrical, less severe, and more blended. Obviously it is still far shorter than requested. If you have ever breastfed or cared for an infant you know how big of a deal it is that I am not able to pull my hair back in to any type of ponytail. The receptionist, Ana, was incredibly helpful and polite when I called to setup the appointment. I asked a lot of questions when I called and I had a difficult calendar to work around but Ana was more that helpful and kind. The hairstylist, Cody, was awesome and very friendly. I love how my hair turned out and will definitely be booking future appointments with Cody. Services: Hairstyling, Haircut

I have curly hair (somewhere between 3a and 3b) and have been searching for YEARS for a good hair stylist in Charlotte. My friend, who has 2b/2c wavy/curlyish hair has been getting great haircuts from Robbie, so I finally scheduled an appointment with him as well. This is the first time in over 5 years that I feel like I got THE haircut that I went in to get. Curly hair is difficult to cut well, and admittedly, I am also picky. Robbie did such a superb job though. He really listened to what I wanted, did his best to make it happen, and definitely succeeded. He was also kind and has a great sense of humor, which made the experience nice as well. I'm just sad it took so long to find him! Service: Haircut
