Had my extensions done Thursday December 1st, this picture was taken Monday December 5th. Haven’t washed or done anything to my hair since having it done, beads falling out and extensions showing. This isn’t the first time she’s done this to my extensions, but this time she blamed my thin/soft hair as the reason they’re falling out. Mind you SHE recommended the hand tied extensions because of my thin hair. Unhappy Service: Hair extensions

I saw Andrea at Copper Willow yesterday, I picked her as my stylist based on the photos she shares via Instagram and knew she specialized in dimensional brunettes. Andrea was great, she was so kind and personable. She was extremely knowledgeable, realistic, and honest when it came to my hair goals. I love what she did with my color and my cut!
