Carmen Salon

I will never go back to this salon. I was getting my hair dyed for a wedding and I wanted to try something different. I showed her a picture of what I wanted done and she said she could do it, it was a nice dark rose gold with a black root shadow, I came out of there with bright red hair!! Carmen, she is super friendly, kind, attentive and with a very good vibe ... She works miracles with my hair. It always leaves it silky, bright and strong. Is the best! Súper recomendado, siempre limpio y un ambiente agradable, con mucha energía positiva!

I am not happy with my blowout. I received my services from Carmen. When i told her i was not happy about my hair, that it was not straight, she ignored me and still wanted me to pay full price. She also was suppose to clip my ends, but told me, no on next visit! When i called her and told her the services I NEEDED, she agreed to do them before i went to salon. She finally took $10 off from not clipping my ends, but did not want to do anything to fix my hair. It was not straight/flat, it was crunchy, and did not look silky. I would of been happy to walk away had she said she did not know how to do natural hair. I would not recommend anyone to her salon. Update: i had to cut all my hair off because it was so burnt. My barber stated she was not suppose to do a blowout after doing a permanent color. I washed my hair a week later and it smelled of burned hair and it was no longer curly, i am convinced she put a chemical in my hair to straighten it a little. I am so upset about having to cu
