Nice, friendly people but didn't listen to what I wanted. I had really long hair, and normally I donate it when I get a haircut. This time, I wanted to keep my hair long so I elected to not donate because I didn't have enough length to donate and keep it at the length I wanted. When I sat down, I told them what I wanted, and they used a hair buzzer to hack it off, which is normally fine, but they didn't do the small ponytails or anything to make sure they were cutting my hair off at the length I'd asked them to. It was hacked off too short, then trimmed even more, so now it's 3-4 inches shorter than what I asked for at the beginning. My haircut looks fine for what it is, but for what I'd asked for, it looks nothing alike. The stylist cutting my hair was apologetic, and I appreciate that, but that doesn't really fix my hair... I normally cut my own hair because it's free but I decided to splurge and go get my haircut professionally. Holy cow! Jennifer did a GREAT job! She razored my hair from chin length to gorgeous pixie in under an hour. She was friendly, listened to what I wanted, and the style turned out beautifully. I will definitely stop cutting my own hair if I can have someone make it look this nice for $38 + tip.

Ann is the bomb! I told her I wanted a cut similar to the blonde model pictured below. Did she nail it or what!!?? Obviously my hair is much finer/thinner than the model's but I was thrilled. I appreciate that Ann doesn't over-razor or go too crazy with layering on my fine hair. She consistently delivers great results that match my request. Thanks Ann!
