Great experience. Very friendly receptionist and they were able to get me in as a new client that same week due to a cancellation. Salon was clean and bright. Good vibe. Lucy was great. She had a vision for my hair that was slightly different than what I already had and the difference in shape really hit the mark. It framed my face well and looked more updated and stylish. I had an appointment with Charlie. I immediately felt at ease as we discussed what I wanted, and he gave advice as to what would work my hair type (fine and straight) and styling preferences (none). He did such an incredible job. My hair turned out even better than I could have imagined and I have been in love with my hair since! Everyone at the salon was friendly. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend!

Citrine provides excellent customer service with quality management and stylists. After a first attempt at highlights left my daughter less than thrilled, DeeDee followed up immediately and arranged for an early appointment the next day for a color correction. The stylists did an amazing job -- her hair looks naturally beautiful with subtle shades of color and highlights.
