I wish I could give a good review. I came in with an inspiration picture of long layers and left with a choppy mess. Jennifer offered to fix it but for obvious reasons, I will not be going back to have it fixed. Also asked for a refund to have this fixed elsewhere and was declined. Lost out on $80 and have never felt uglier. Very disappointed! *Editing this review with a time stamp of right after the haircut. To insinuate this haircut was done by someone other than this salon is false. A good business owner is someone who owns up to their faults. Service: Haircut

Great clips cut for a salon price in an unsanitary joint. Samantha, the woman who was doing my hair, had no clue how to style it (I have curly, hard to manage hair, but stylists have had great success with it before), kept on twisting the curls in the wrong direction, and called a follicle a cuticle… the floor and chair was covered in hair (makes sense because it’s a salon but… it looked like it had barely been swept), and the sink bowls were also filled with someone else’s hair. I felt too guilty to back out so I just prayed the whole time that I wouldn’t leave with a botched haircut. Thankfully, I think it’s fine, but was it worth the $70 I paid? No chance. I left and cried in my car because I couldn’t believe how much I just paid for a cheap haircut. If you’re willing to pay $70 for a haircut, which I wasn’t, go somewhere else. these guys are the best!! Vina is my go-to stylist in the area and I recommend her to anyone, especially anyone with thick curly hair who struggles to find stylists who can work with curls. she gives great advice on how to take care of your hair after the cut as well. really positive energies in the store overall. highly recommend!
