This is like a local Great Clips, they turn over clients as fast as possible to make money. She spent less than 10 minutes on my scissor cut leaving long hairs around the ears. Also, a cut is $24 plus tip, NOT $19 as advertised on their website. Service: Haircut

Am I just unlucky? I've tried this shop 4 times due to circumstances (getting my oil changed across the street). I've heard it depends on who you get the cut from. I've gotten a bad cut all four times. It's like they don't listen. I ask for a fade, they do what they want. My recommendation is find a barber you can trust and stick with them. Unbelievable that anyone has had a good cut from them. $24 for the privilege of them chopping my head up in no way resembling what I asked for. Definitely took less than 10 minutes. What can I do? Can't have them grow my hair back for me. Just have to live with the bad haircut every time I have the misfortune of coming here. Will not be coming back. Ever.

Honestly the quality of the haircut depends on who cuts it. I have had both great and absolutely horrible haircuts from here. This last time I wasn’t happy with my haircut at all, then the lady saw it on my face she said “I haven’t cut your hair in a while so it is going to take me a few times to get used to it.” Also I have curly hair, and the lady every time combs my hair when it’s dry with a fine toothed comb. Every time I cringe because any hair stylist should know you don’t just do that to curls. My fades are completely different each time. I don’t know if I’ll return. The customer service and consistency has gone downhill a lot in the last year. Service: Haircut
