Just watched 3 guys walk out with ugly Bowl looking cuts. I don't think these guys saw the sides. I was a walk in and woman speaking to me was rude. Made me walk up to her while she checked me in but the men who came in didn't have to cater to her. She then yelled out next customers name but when it came to me, female, she rudely said I was making her tell across the room. I was literally sitting in front of the counter. Nasty attitude.

Provided you use the app and have the flexibility to arrive at Great Clips when your appointment time is up, then Great Clips is indeed great. The wait times have been very long recently, up to 2 hours, but I have found that they are pretty accurate. I feel that I've waited less than 10 minutes, and usually less than 5 minutes when I've made an appointment. I also like that Great Clips keeps a record of your haircut preference, and prints it out on each visit for the stylist. If you don't use the app then you're looking at very long wait times.
