Myself and my two girlfriends came in to get manicures and pedicures before my wedding weekend and we had such a special experience here! The whole staff was attentive, engaging, and treated us so well! Tiffanie also gave me acrylics and came up with a design to match the lace on my dress which was so special. Had an appointment with Katherine but put the date in my calendar incorrectly. I was out of cell service when the reminder came in. My appt was for 1:30 today and yesterday I tried to cancel it via text at 1:37 but that didn't work. Went to the website to find Katherine's number but the site only had the salon main number. 1:39 I called but no answer so at 1:41 I called again and left a message asking someone to call me back. I had no other way of canceling because you can't cancel online. I got no call but I did get a text from Katherine. I told her I had tried canceling but she said that since I didn't leave the message until 2pm I would be charged. If we're splitting hairs about minutes I don't even know what to say.... 1:41 or 2pm. I couldn't cancel in time because I couldn't find her direct number online. Anyhow, she over charges by a lot each time. You never know what you'll pay but I have to say that an average of $80 for extremely basic nails is way too much anyhow.

I’ve been going to Confidence Nail Salon for almost a year now - never disappointed, always leave with a smile & beautiful nails. Thalia & Kappa take great care of me. 5 stars all around from the cute & stylist facility, welcoming staff, state of the art - nail art & glamorous spray tans done by Kappa. I would recommend anyone to go to Confidence Nails - you won’t be disappointed!
