Jillian is the best nail tech in the city! She is so friendly and is always so welcoming. She makes you feel so comfortable and as if you have know her for years. She is incredibly talented in what she does. If you ever get need a new nail tech she is the one to go to. I highly recommend her to everyone and I am always get compliments on my nails.
