Great group of people here. I love the chat time while I get pampered. And the miracle Amie Bucannon works on my hair, absolutely astounds me. She took me from my own bleached blonde mess to a beautiful black with violet and burgundy low lights. Sorry my pics don't do her work justice.
More than the atmosphere, the skill set of the beauty experts, or what they provide here, it's the people themselves that make Texture your one-stop beauty destination! They make you feel at home from your first visit...and as talented as they are...the prices are very reasonable! GO!
I had a good experience the day I went. The color was good. If that was my only interaction my review would be a 4. However getting in was aweful. It was difficult to get them on the phone, and when the phone was answered I left 3 messages which were not returned. I did get aggressive, and got an owner, and was taken care of. I have a second appointment, I'll add or remove to this review following that.
