If you are new to town and are looking for a place to get a nice fade, this is the only place you need to look. My boy Nate fixes me right every time. I love the fact that business is booming for these guys. The line for a cut might be long, but it’s worth the wait. I enjoy coming here because everyone has a good sense of humor and you can tell that they care about their craft. They won’t send someone out the door if the cut isn’t up to par. My sister made an appointment online for 12 pm today for an undercut with a design. She made this appointment 4 days ago & even received a confirmation for it. We showed up 5 min early & was told by another barber that Gina (our scheduled barber) would be there soon. I believe he may have even tried to call her after he finished with his client. Other than that, we received no customer service. Nobody apologized. Nobody offered to help us reschedule. Nobody offered to help us in any way. Nobody asked what kind of cut she wanted etc. We ended up walking out at 12:20 with no sign of her & nobody even looked twice at us as we left. We’ve worked with Gina before & really loved her work but it was a really disappointing experience today.

Rescheduled my appointment less than an hour before my appointment so the next month I scheduled with a different barber. He canceled a little over an hour before my appointment. Decent haircut if you don’t get your appointment canceled by them. Service: Haircut
