With over an hour and fifteen minutes left - showing a 0 minute wait - they would not accommodate a walk in. One employee was giving a perm and was booked until closing - but the other one was simply sitting around on her cell phone. This was the one who stated that she would be unable to accommodate the walk in.

I’m not sure what the point of booking an appointment is when they don’t honor it. I booked an appointment, and they had two people that were getting styles and cuts in front of me when I got there. They didn’t even bother to tell me how long the wait was going to be. Absolutely poor customer service at its best. They were too busy talking about their dogs with the customers they were working with versus saying it will be a minute before we can get to you, sir.

I cant say enough on how much I love and appreciate all the help that Jackie has done for me growing out my hair from a total half shave from head surgery. She has helped me through the process of growing it out, going gray and making a new transition into a beautiful tri color low light. I get so many compliments on her work. Truly the best!
