City Cuts

Jamie is always friendly, and always accommodates me for a walk in appointment. I love my cut, and I love the shampoo they carry for grey hair. The atmosphere is calm and quiet, no loud music, and the shop is always clean and tidy. The prices are fantastic. I'd never go anywhere else.

I do not usually complaint or express negatively on a haircut. On Friday I stopped to get a haircut. Jessica was friendly and seemed to listen to my request on how I would to have my hair cut. Needless to say my hair cut was not what I wanted. I was so shocked and upset I didn't say anything and even left a tip. The more I looked, the more upset I got. My hair was chopped and uneven. It was not close to what I requested. I have always been satisfied with the service I have received here, but I will not be returning. Service: Haircut

Staff was friendly, but the cuts were really bad. My hair was completely wet after the cut and didn't noticed the straight cut on the bottom until it was dry. Typically they would finish with a blow dry, but not here, I guess. Layer on the top was decent but my hair just has a choppy edge on the longest layers, which is super noticable. Same with my husband's cut. I had to request to wipe the hair off his face, neck, and ears. Then after we left we noticed how uneven the back was entirely. See pictures. Not impressed.
