I was just visiting St. Louis from New York and stopped in to Philip Johnson's Salon. I was scheduled for the next day for a single process color and a haircut. The app wasn't cooperating so I made the appointment in person. Arianna my stylist did both the color and cut with expert skill, thoughtfully trying to match my usual cut and color. She was efficient and friendly and spontaneously offered me her iPhone charger when my phone died. I would definitely see Arianna the next time I'm in St. Louis.
