Taylor King always exceeds my blonde hair desires while providing a genuine, kind, and fun experience. To top it off, she gets my full appointments for coloring completed in a little over an hour - making it easy to fit into my schedule! I’ve attached a photo from after my most recent visit ????

This salon is very un-accommodating. I don’t normally leave bad reviews. But I am just completely baffled and stunned and utterly disappointed at my recent experience. I have had many haircuts here at Vivo, with a Master Stylist. I never had any complaints and really enjoyed getting my hair done here. Recently switched stylists due to scheduling conflicts & honestly was a terrible decision. I ask for the same style every time & I bring reference photos. I honestly don’t feel like they listened to what I was asking for, Each time I have left with completely different hair cuts, & they completely ignored my request. When going back in to ask for a simple appointment, to re-do the mistakes that the stylist had done, because I honestly feel like my hair is butchered, They called me back the next day and stated they would be canceling my appointment, on my behalf, without my request at all in doing so. Who does that?
