I love going here. I take my mother here. I take my granddaughter here and never have any problems. Everything always turns out good. I always feel really great about myself when I leave.

This place absolutely sucks. They offer "online check-in" but have NEVER came close on their estimated wait time.. Today we logged in online and the wait time was 51 min, we showed up at 50min and the lady told us it would be 45min longer. This happened yesterday, and many other times we have gone to Great Clips. The worst part is, the ladies attitude is ALWAYS that of confusion and blank stares when you share your frustration with it. I'm DONE!!! Will never go to another Great Clips again :)

First off if you are going to charge extra have the costs listed up front. I came to smart style to get my hair cut for less than the salon I normally go to but ended up paying almost double. First off they have an advertised price for a cut but online you can only book a cut and shampoo with no mention that the shampoo costs extra and then there was a $12 charge on to of that that just read "long hair". And then on top of that the hair cut looks nothing like what I asked for. I had images of the cut I wanted from 3 different angles and instead got shoulder length with generic layers when I wanted a lot more framing around my face. I didn't complain in the shop because my hair was still wet and it is curly so I didn't really get to see the cut until it dried and I also was in a hurry to get home to my kids. This would be fine if you just want something really basic but don't expect Richardo to be able to recreate a picture. Services: Haircut, Curly hair
