Mosaic nails & spa

I was super excited to try this place out, but just had an okay experience. My mom and I received a pedicure and manicure. After leaving my mom noticed they got polish on the skin of her toes and did not wipe it. I got a dip manicure with tips. I'v asked for the squoval shape because they is what I would always get (picture attached from a different salon, they are the multicolored nails). I don't know if I wasn't being clear enough or it was something on my end, but they came out very square and almost too thick/wide at the tips? I've never experienced this before from the salon I normally go to (picture attached, they are the pink nails). It just doesn't look flattering. I asked my tech to round them out some twice, but they still came out square. I filed them for an hour once I got home. When filing, I noticed my thumb hurts when putting pressure on it. I don't know if the tip was put on wrong, but even after sleeping it still hurts and makes it hard to do tasks like cooking or anyt

This is the only nail salon I’ve tried in Springfield - and I don’t need to try any others!! Joe went above and beyond with my nails - the most beautiful job and just like my reference picture. I truly recommend getting your nails done here! If you offer the staff a picture of what you like, they will do your nails as closely as they can to it. My nails were beautiful, and the pricing are reasonable as well. They also offer discount for college students which is amazing. The salon is lovely and well-kept. Ideal location for getting your nails done! I had a great experience here and I would definitely come back!
