I had a stylist set for my wedding months in advance. After multiple cancels for a trial run I began looking for someone else a month before the event (I was STRESSED). Wren got me in the next day, was so professional and does an amazing job! The braids for the trial and day of were perfect! Lauren claims to be an expert in cutting 4c but the cut I received is uneven. I came in as a naive looking for guidance to keep my healthy and lengthy. I never had a haircut before and all I wanted was a trim to even up my hair. Someone who claims to specialize in 4c hair, should also know how to cut 4c hair. There was nothing that could be done besides cut more hair off after the damage was already done. Due to false advertising this is now my hair. I know it’s just hair, but it took me years to grow it out to that length and for her to just take that away from me without any remorse is defeating, the least she could do is make it right by refunding me, but she already got what she wanted, my money, so she refuses. Even with my hair natural and curly, one side is longer than the other and the front & back are not even. I lost 6 inches of hair, there’s no reason why that much should have been cut off when I came in for a trim. Services: Haircut, Curly hair

Yesterday I went to get a haircut, three days prior to my appointment I called and asked if anyone knew how to do an edgy type mullet haircut on me, and the lady on the phone told me yes. I came in yesterday extremely nervous because I haven’t had that much length cut off in a long time, she barely looked at the three reference pictures I had and did a terrible job, she didn’t give me what I wanted at all and now my hair is botched and I have to pay someone else who knows what they’re doing with that type of hairstyle to fix my hair. Her name was Leah. She wasn’t professional and when I told her after the fact that I didn’t really like it, she kind of laughed it off and said “well that’s what you asked for”. If you say you can do a hairstyle and then in the middle of chopping my hair off say you’ve never done something like this maybe you should’ve stated that before attempting to cut my hair.
