I had an issue with one of their techs, but it was resolved by management. Other than that this is a great place w/ a relaxing atmosphere. I would not recommend Laura to anyone especially if you have kids. She was very rude to my 8 year old daughter and had an attitude with my mom and I when we spoke up about it. Ask for Kelly or Sonny instead. They will take care of you and treat you with respect.

Myself and my sister entered the establishment, and was pleasantly greeted. We had an appointment at another location and left because we had waited over 30 minutes. I told my sister about Vonii, because I’ve passed by it while shopping so many times. I suggested we give this location a try. We loved it!! Excellent customer service, friendly nail technicians, and the strawberry lemonade was DELICIOUS!! We will definitely be returning. Thank you so much for your kindness. Criss Turner

The best service. I always call ahead and I’ve never had to wait after arriving. Very prompt. The whole staff is extremely attentive and courteous. Sometimes I bring my toddler or newborn, everyone always makes them feel welcome and not like a burden. Lovely pedicures. Always leave feeling pampered. Rosa has done an excellent job creating a luxurious atmosphere filled with staff that care about their work.
