This was my second visit and I am super happy with my haircut! Kayla understood what I was after and checked with me on length before she made a cut, the head massage was also excellent! I really appreciate that I can relax and not work to carry on a conversation, chatting is relaxed and not forced. Also appreciate that Kayla doesn’t go crazy on product because my hair just doesn’t tolerate much without looking stringy and weighed down, I didn’t have to mention that, she just knew. Unprofessional treatment towards loyal clients. My stylist took the time to reach out to other people to take my appointment with the assumption I was going to cancel. Annoying and forcing me to respond to her on her circumstances and not the salons policy. I’ll never get a spray tan anywhere else. Julius Monroe Salon is always welcoming, beautiful inside, and very clean. I’ve booked with both Maya and Nicole for spray tans and they’re both wonderful. The ladies are always professional, knowledgeable, and precise with coverage. I was in and about in about 15 minutes. Always a Wonderful experience. Service: Tanning
