Aside from the issue, Emily was generally friendly and did an excellent job on my sister's hair. I booked an appointment to get a women's haircut yesterday, Emily postponed the appointment once before rescheduling me completely for today. not a big deal, we were able to work it into our schedule just fine. The issue arose towards the end of the appointment when I expressed my unhappiness with the cut, I had brought pictures of what I wanted from many different angles and Emily spent no time looking at them before cutting. She told me she couldn't work around the longer strands above my ears and that she was out of time. She explained to us that the cut should've taken 2 hours for what I wanted but on the website a women's cut is 45 minutes so how were we supposed to know this?? I left with a haircut that I'm not happy with and I will not be returning. Service: Haircut

James is the BEST colorist I have ever used. He is honest about what my hair can handle, he cares about the overall condition of your hair and not just about making money. He is personable, kind, funny and overall a wonderful human being. I started with James a little over a year ago and I will never go to anyone else! Can I just go ahead and rank him 10 stars???
