Stylist Brandi:: From a Client’s perspective I am not writing this review to shame this stylist, but to maybe bring awareness to the customer service side of professionalism at this salon and maybe others. To also maybe open up the stylist eyes to what the customer sees and feels on the other side. Especially if they are first time customers as I was. I moved to KC about four years ago, and I’ve been looking for a stylist for a while now. I’ve been natural for about 9-10 months, and I needed to find someone to regularly trim my hair, and to maybe give me a little insight on how to maintain the health of my curls. When I booked my first appointment with Brandi for a silk press, trim, and deep conditioner treatment, I was super excited to just go, relax, and have some much needed “ME” time. I absolutely love LouRose and my stylist Vicki. I'll start with the salon. It's chic, clean and caters to a variety of clientele. If aesthetic matters to you, you'll be pleased with the environment. I'm in the salon for a few hours at a time so amenities and comfort are important (like coffee, water, cell phone charging bar). My stylist takes great care with my natural hair. It's healthy and flourishing. She does not double book. She starts on time and finishes on time. I've got no complaints!
