JCPenney Salon

I went in to get all over color and highlights. The girl took over 6 hrs to do my hair. And I hate the color. But no way I would ho back to have my color fixed. Worst experience of my life. So upset...

My daughter went in with several bad colors on hair I was worried for her hair !!! these ladies saved and fixed her hair this was a very long process and they made it fun and enjoyable these ladies know their stuff place was very clean as well would definitely recommend theses ladies to anyone cant thank them enough for putting a smile back on my daughter's face and getting her ready for her dance this week .The lady that runs this salon I failed to get her name but I will she was fantastic!! I wanted to work there myself she does a fantastic job running this salon thank you ladies !!!

I hope Christina Gandara doest work here or in any salon again, I went there with my daughter. She wanted her hair cut short l, like a pixy cut. Chtistina dicurrqged her from having it cut short. She eventually went to another stylist and had her hair cut short like she wanted. Shame on christina. She also didn't know her products. I gave 2 stars then because of her.
