This was my first time going to Bolero and enjoyable experience! I was greeted by friendly staff and smiling faces. It's a very welcoming place. Ri did an amazing job! I love my new hair! She was gentle and went above and beyond. Mrs Lisa was so sweet and kind! She made us feel very valued. Can't wait to go back again!
I had the worst experience and told me a price and changed the price on me, they fried my hair out and did not do my hair like I wanted and I was their for several hours, I will not go again! ????
Employees are choosing not to wear masks- disappointed. Vibe is old white women. Services available are adequate. PEOPLE were nice, but I felt very out of place, so I won’t be returning.
