Felt compelled to write this. I went in on Sunday and Eric was cutting hair as the only one there. He was a bit worried about cutting my hair as it was going from long to pretty short but he was VERY upfront and honest. His honesty was greatly appreciated and he was very nice about everything. So we scheduled an appointment with Julie who knocked it out of the park! My hair feels great and looks amazing as well. I love it and couldn’t be happier! Ms Toni Woods I came in asking for help to fix my hair. Due to last beauty shop mess up my hair. But Ms. Toni help me a whole. She fix my hair knowing I was so upset , I really don’t know what to do. Last minute today my husband decided I needed to treat myself to some self care and get a hair cut. When I say, last minute I mean we walked into Vivid salon after five pm. We had already been turned away by other salons (understandably). I was so thankful when staff welcomed us and said they could do my hair. I'm a mom of four and will put off my care as long as I have to. Julie was super sweet, understanding and knowledgeable. She listened to my wants and we had a wonderful conversation while she gave me the perfect cut. I very highly recommend and plan to be a repeat costumer. Having such a wonderful new hair cut/style is the exact pick me up I needed! Service: Haircut
