Varsity Nails

I gave this place a chance yesterday because my normal nail salon is closed on Mondays. I went in for a dip removal and reapplication. I've been getting dips for a while and have never once had the removal hurt. It literally felt like the tech was burning my nails with the dremel. The reapplication is a mess. Half of my nails look blobby and uneven. One nail has about 1/4 of the surface uncovered. I asked for square nails. Three of them are ovals and one is slanted. I have everything I need to do dip manicures at home. I chose to have them done at nail salons for a better result. However, I can honestly say that I do a better job at home and will be removing this tonight. Service: Dip powder

had a good experience my first time here (dip mani and regular pedicure). Went in a second time to get a basic manicure that would get me through my bach party before getting my nails done for my wedding.. Walked in and the woman stated that I didn't book a "removal appointment" and that she couldn't do my manicure. She said she had no time. I asked for her to do the removal and I would go home and paint my own nails. Literally she removed everything i already had on my nails, shaped my nails, buffed them, made them look nice, but couldn't finish the manicure, aka paint my nails?. There was no option to book a removal appointment anywhere on the website that was easily explained or findable. I explained that to the gentleman at the front desk (maybe the owner?), He stated he would look into it and call me back. He never did. Feels like they are overbooked and rushed to get to their next customer. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing space - this wouldn't be the spot. If you like the

Booked an appointment for 4 people two weeks out. When I arrived, they had no appointments booked. They actually attempted to blame me for not getting the person’s name when I booked. Why would I do that when I am assuming you are making the appointment when you give me a time. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Embarrassed in front of friends. DO NOT RECOMMEND Service: Pedicure
