My Perfect Nails

Three of us went the day before my sister’s wedding. We had a difficult time scheduling, staff was gossipy about us and other customers, polish lasted only 3 days. Worst of all, as the manicurist was finishing the bride’s nails, she was being negligent and clipped the cuticle on her ring finger and it started to bleed a lot. The manicurist started scrubbing it hard, and as my sister winced in pain the employee responded, “it doesn’t hurt that bad.” The picture attached speaks for itself. In response to the bride’s botched ring finger, we got a 10% discount totaling to $4 off. The two ladies working were unprofessional, unkind, and sloppy. We do not recommend this salon.

First time getting my nails done professionally and it was a great experience! They were very kind and did amazing work. My sister and I got manicures with gel and pedicures with gel. It was a relaxing experience and they turned out better than I could have expected.

I really enjoyed the customer service the entire time. Great prices and amazing work. Thank you Jada for making it a nice experience. Definitely going back again.
