I was so nervous about getting my 18 month old son’s first haircut and Katelyn did a great job! She knew what to do so he wasn’t scared and everyone is so friendly and helped my little one be as comfortable as possible! (I’m sure his favorite part was the snacks he got!) Katelyn also worked fast enough so he wouldn’t be too fussy! Literally took about 20-25 minutes give or take! INCREDIBLE! I couldn’t be more happy with this experience! Thank you!

I went in last week to make an appointment for my husband to get his haircut. While waiting in line to make the appointment, the people ahead of me were trying to explain to the employee that they had an appointment scheduled for a certain time and had received confirmation of it. Then when they showed up, their name was nowhere on the schedule in the computer. When it was my turn, I tried to make an appointment with a stylist my husband had used previously, but he was unavailable so they scheduled him with another stylist for today. He went in today at his appointment time and when he checked in, they had no record of his appointment. They asked him if I had called a salon in another city by accident, but I had made the appointment in person. So this is 2 times in one week that we have seen issues with trying to schedule for an appointment. Had a great experience yesterday with my cut and color. I have been wanting to go back to a lighter blonde for years but no one could ever seem to get it how I wanted. Reyna was fantastic. She listened to what I wanted and gave me suggestions on the best way to do it. She also checked in on me often to make sure I was comfortable and see how my hair was taking to the color.
