Terrible service checkin online 65 min wait for 5 people 2 stylist but let’s let a ladies friend cut the line and set the que for even longer won’t be back to grindstone location in columbia mo. Got up and walked out after 15 minutes of waiting for a wait time of 28 minutes with the same people ahead of me get your sht together
This is my first time going to great clips. It was affordable, clean, and easy to book an appointment with their app. Natasha did a great job in cutting my hair. She's been with the company for a long time and you can tell she knows what she's doing and enjoys her job.
